Q: How do I purchase the fonts with Atlas?

A: As long as our shop is not up and running you have to send us an email requesting which fonts you wish to purchase and for how many work stations. We will send you an invoice with our paypal and bank account information. Once your payment has been confirmed (which is almost instantly), you’ll receive the fonts per email.

Q: Is there another way to purchase your fonts?

A: Yes, you can also purchase our fonts from our distribution partners.

Q: Do you have a privacy policy?

A: Your account information and order history is kept securely in our database as a matter of bookkeeping. Atlas Font Foundry will not share your information with anyone unless legally required to (like for fraud prevention).

Q: Can I refund or exchange fonts?

A: Because of their digital nature, fonts can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. For more information, please review the End User License Agreement you agreed to during the checkout.

Q: Can I upgrade my license?

A: Yes. If you license a single weight or package from atlasfonts.com directly and would like to upgrade to the full family or add users, please get in touch with us. Please provide your original order information and about the upgrade you wish to purchase. You can only upgrade licenses you purchased with us directly. If you had purchased fonts from other distributors, we cannot offer that service.

Q: I’d like to test the fonts before I decide if I will purchase them. Can you send me the fonts?

A: No, fonts are software and you have to purchase a license before installing the fonts. Our website enables you to view the character sets, use TypeShow for real time type setting and download PDF’s for judging the fonts quality on paper.

Q: Can I share a license with my client?

A: Licenses are not transferable. If your client wants to use the fonts as well he has to purchase a license for his business.

Q: Do you offer student discounts?

A: Sorry, at the moment we don’t.
